Transpersonal Facilitation is increasingly being seen as a powerful approach to re-engage personal commitment with the common good and to make the collective paradigms values shift required for building long lasting resilient and successful organizations in a VUCA world.
The Transpersonal model recognizes the inter-connectedness of individuals, communities and organizations and actively engages our ability to work with and develop the systemic potential of these networks.
